Cut back on MCT oil, trying to settle my stomach, all is well, so will get back on that today. Made Fat Bombs to try and hold back hunger. Easy to make. I am going to have to drink more water, not going to the bathroom enough, and not going #2 enough. So today back on salad, oil and hard boiled eggs. I will also have cauliflower rice and kimchee,with chicken thigh with fajitas seasonings. (got to cover up that cauliflower taste, I really do not like cauliflower).
260.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
