Had Fathead Pizza with sausage, mozzarella cheese , and a light coat of pizza sauce. It was amazing but I hit a wall, so need refocus on weight loss... I am still IF and only eating between noon and 4pm. Will eat only eggs and salad with fats from MCT, butter and Olive oil. Let's see how that goes. Past two days have had an upset stomach, but it was from the curry... Feeling that using pizza sauce or packaged curry has messes me up because of the trace amounts of sugar (5g or less per serving)... When I eat real non processed food, no issue.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
