I realized last night (while stopping myself from ordering a pizza) that these carb, fat and sugar cravings I'm having are very similar, if not stronger, to the cravings I'm still getting for nicotine....I think I need a food patch...lol Thing is I'm not usually hungry at the time just craving junk, so I've decided to do same thing just wait 10 minutes, try to take my mind off food and see if it passes.
