1848 kcal Fat: 45.85g | Prot: 92.92g | Carb: 283.12g.   Breakfast: Hard boiled egg whites, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Chia seeds, Multigrain flaxseed cereal. Lunch: Hard boiled egg white, Chocolate chip fiber bar, Banana, Whole wheat sandwich thin, Creamy Peanut butter. Dinner: Romaine hearts, Sundried tomato and basil wheat thins, Light mayo, Low sodium tuna. Snacks/Other: Light vanilla soy milk, Cinnamon life cereal, Hard boiled egg whites, Shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Fat free catalina dressing, Cucumber, Baby carrots, Romaine hearts, Danimal yogurt, Blueberries, Strawberries. more...
