This kid did it put treadmill on 5mph and every min put the incline up 1% up to 10% then back down 1% every min till back to 0. It's a killer Cardio workout that only takes 21mins. Also switched for next 6 weeks from Full body power lifting. To constant tension workouts for next 4-6 Weeks lets see how it goes
