Well it was an interesting weekend, I'm glad it was only a .2 gain, could have been worse for sure. I'm struggling to get back into regular exercise and know that's what has to happen for me to be able to ensure I'm loosing for me diet isn't enough.

Anyway hope everyone had a great weekend :)
262.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
