Yay! Hit my goal for the week. Everything lower than 355 is new territory for me!!!

Can't wait for my new shirt to fit! Maybe just 20 more lbs!
355.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 175.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
