I have been distracted for awhile with moving and having to go to Texas a couple of times. Plus other things that got in the way. I am satisfied my weight did not go back up. So today starting at the 159.4 mark I am moving forward with recording my intake and exercise. I hope to get a workout, either yoga or aerobics, in everyday this week.
