Well, I have dropped down to 30 carbs total in the the last few days and it looks like I am in ketosis - I bought some of those Ketostik to test. I know they are not 100% accurate but I think they are enough to indicate if you are in or out. I think that explains the weight loss plus I stick to 1500 calories a day. I know they say don't have to count calories or fat but that's not my thing. I am doing a low/lower carb moderate fat diet. Everyone is different :)
So, I'll be doing a new bread thing this upcoming week and I will keep you posted. I think we will shoot for the blueberry muffin thingie.
Oh, I had eggs, bacn, tomato and mozzarella cheese this morning. I grilled the bread I made last nite and yes it was used to sop up some egg yolk and I got that bready feeling. Was it toast? Well, no but I didn't have that big yearning for bread afterwards and that my friend is a big step in the right direction.
