What happening in this case it increasing .I driving cycle 20 kms every 2-3 days .And seems it muscle mass increasing.Also i stopped eating junk food.Still.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
