Still disappointed in the lack of weight loss. The plan called for a day of apples and little water. So I've eaten 4 apples today and drank only 20oz of fluid. Maybe results tomorrow...I hope so
202.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
