I've been < 160 the past couple of weigh ins. Not sure that I've truly broken the 160 barrier or if I'll be back up there again this week. P90X is still going strong. I've barely run this week. 2 miles, 20 minutes on the bike plus I've added sprints n the Plyometrics day. I do plan to add a 4-5 mile run on my Kenpo X day (tomorrow). Partied a bit today with my birthday in two days. I do like P90X.
