I had a break. I just needed it emotionally. I continued to eat my new style, with some cheating, and only gained 3lb a month. I'm refreshed and remotivated and ready to attack that last 20lb.

I've started to exercise. I walk to the store. It feels so good to be back to exercising. It has been so long since I've been able to briskly walk for an hour without becoming breathless. At 49 years old I feel that I have my life back.

I'm going back to the induction phase for a couple of weeks to 'jump start'. maybe I'll get lucky and lose 5+ of those lb and I can start going after the last of my weight.

I am still a size 12. My waist is 20" But my calfs look very nice and my face has almost no weight on it.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
