Dunno how much I truly lost since the 250 was from a different date but I would assume 5 pounds since beginning Keto. Biking today so expect to lose another 5 pounds.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
