Anther travel weekend and another 2 lbs! Curse you CARBS!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you ever tried flourless bread try Ezekiel Bread its a great substitute and also I spoke to a nutritionist yesterday she said eat the carbs earlier not later. I have been having difficulty losing weight but with these tips they can help. She also recommended 1 cheat meal a week not cheat days like I have been known to do. The weekends are the hardest as I am more disciplined during the week. Good luck
