Frist day back after Spring break vacation.... I did not follow my plan for 4 days... but the good news is that I am going to be back on track for a while..

Exercise, right nutrition, and most of all... enjoy seeing the pounds come off.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
