I have to be fair with myself.
Even though it has been a hectic week with all those family problems and stress, I shouldnt have allow myself that emotional eating😓🙁

How do you guys cope with emotional eating?
154.3 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
