Fat counts are up, protein counts are down, carb counts are up. so i need to decrease fat (eliminate peanuts, and chocolate, cut back on mayo), increase protein (perhaps eat more meat? lol)(oh! I could cook a nice "dinner" for my b4 work and have a sandwich or salad for my "lunch" at work) and today i added eggs to my breakfast so that's a good start. . .
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
