Hot Damn! Exceeded my own expectations when I walked onto the scale at the doc's office this afternoon.
I worked really, really hard this past week to loss a few pounds. And, I did it! WooHoo for me!
222.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 77.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
