You know, I really hate watching what I eat, but I keep hating what I see in the mirror even more -- a bloated version of what I used to be not even a year ago.
I don't get upset if I weigh myself in the afternoon and it looks like I've gained 4 pounds because in the morning it always seems to level out or says I've dropped a pound. And that feels a lot better than shoveling food in my mouth because "I give up" -- giving up is not an acceptable option to me.
Adjusting the babies schedule once again. It'll be worth it once we find something the boys synchronize into easily.
