Another pound lost today! It sucks, sometimes you have to take it one pound at a time, after all -- it took quite a while for the weight to pile on and settle in throughout my pregnancy.
Not losing weight for a few days was bumming me out, but I didn't handle my problem with a fork or spoon. While I was in the "non pound losing mode" I DID notice that my mid-section started going down a lot more despite not losing anything.
All good things take time. At least I'm not so hungry anymore!!!
