I am continuing to follow the keto diet which I started the 1st of July. My fasting blood sugar has gone from 358 to 154 now. I have lost 7-12 inches off my body without much exercise. I feel very full after eating. My blood pressure has gone down from a high of 159/95 to around 121/72 now. I have lost 11 pounds.Today I did my first 30 minute walk and will do this daily. I have decided to only eat one of the sugar free peppermint patties a day. I already decided if my weight stalls or my sugar spikes, then I will eliminate the mint patty. I got sugar free hazelnut creamer today. Again, I am going to see if this causes any sugar spikes or weight loss stall. My weight has been the same for the last week. However, I started TOM so that may be why. I only have eight diabetes test strips left, so I decided to wait until I lose a pound and then will test my sugar again. I figure my weight loss stalls because of the diabetes. Therefore, if I manage to lose a pound then my sugar probably went down, so I will test my sugar. Also, I had gotten Coke Zero last week, but my sugar went up the next day. So, I think for now I can't tolerate whatever artificial sweetener they use with my diabetes. Thanks for reading everybody.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
