Just over a month a ago I started a lifestyle change with the way a eat and do things .

I've lost 10.8kg since and can't wait to drop more .
243.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 89.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use this app on my iPad and android phone. it has different functionalities on both.

ftroop69 just go to the food entry and click on it. You can edit, delete or add food entries. but probably better to focus on the future than the past.

Hi! 😁 I think I could be your Twin because my start weight and weightloss very similar except I only started ketogenic diet 10 weeks ago,.. shed 21 kgs so far,.. 11 kgs in these 10 weeks,.. started at 127kgs,.. now approx 105/106,... I can't wait to get to my first big goal- under 100kgs!!! 😍 My goal is 70 kgs 👍 I also intermittent fast anywhere from 16-18 hrs a day,.. and usually 1 or maybe 2 meals from 1300-2000 cals a day,.. no exercising program yet... You're doing great xo😍💕
