Your body is beginning to adapt to what you are doing you need to change it up. It looks like you are doing an extraordinary job having lost 34 lbs, that is terrific!! Try to up your protein and decrease your carbohydrate intake. 200+ grams per day is a lot. I have been arresting my carbohydrates after 5 PM and it has helped my to get over the hump. Only protein after 5. Also try Casein protein just before be it will help with not feeling so starved upon waking.
