14h from begining of the fast. Just woke up with no special feeling of hunger and nothing special to write about it, I felt a bloated, probebly the effect of the sugar bindge i went trough the last 2 days..
. I want to make this fasting more well documented. My blood glucose (BG) was 84.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
