I just bought the dress for my 45th Birthday in May. It is the size that I "need" to be ... How is that for motivation? I also have all of the clothes that I am wearing on vacation in June. They are all also in the size that I "need" to be. I started this leg of my Quantum Wellness weight loss in the middle of February, and so far, I've lost 12 lbs. I need to loose at least another 10, and we all know that the first 10 are the easiest, and the last 10 are the hardest, so I've added walking to my plan. I walk a lot on Thursday, Saturday & Sunday, and I try to get at least 1.5 miles during the other days. Wish me luck, because I'm trying!
