Ok here we go again, really wish I could lose the weight and then keep it off, but have quit smoking on week 6, with no cheating and have put on 20 lbs since last November, with the last 10 going on in the last 5 weeks. I tell myself better to eat than smoke when I'm quitting, but have to try and put some moderation on the eating and start back on the exercise at any level. I know I'm going to struggle, but really need to get started again.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
