Just the thought of being accountable to my eating habits is frightening BUT I MUST do this. Well here I go, I've made this committment first to myself and then to my daughter. WHEW!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
