I've not been feeling well for about a week, which is my excuse for failing to work out, weigh in, or journal on FatSecret. Anyway, I did a nice workout this morning (45 minutes on the elliptical, 560 calories, Rolling Stones, ELO, and Blues Traveler). I was delighted to see that my slothful week did not result in any weight gain.

The health club was packed with the "New Years Resolution Crowd" today. I had to circle the parking lot to find a place to park. Hahahaha. I've been a member of this health club for (OMG, I can't believe this!) 8 years. So I recognize the pattern. By February 15 there will be lots of empty parking spaces. But I am not complaining. I appreciate the short attention span of the New Years Resolution Crowd. I think they help subsidize my membership fees.

Hope you are feeling better, seems like everyone I know has been sick this week! That's great that you made it in to the gym, LOL about the New Years Resolution crowd. You're so close to your goal, keep up the good work! I'm glad to see you back here. :)
