Weighed in this AM, not sure what to think here, but I have two scales at the house, one registered 168.5 and the other 168 lbs. I went with the higher reading. What is a bit confusing is at the doctor’s office yesterday, their scale showed 177.3 but I was fully clothed, shoes, etc. I am going with the scale I started this life style change with (168.5). Ok so new scale at the house, one that measures BF% amongst other things, reading is as follows:
BF 16%, TBW 55.5%, MUS 40%, Bone 5.8 lbs.

Lost so far: 38.5 lb.
Still to go: 0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
