While my weight doesn't appear to have changed over the past week, I did have a few days at or below 159. I have been doing P90X along with some extra cardio. I just don't feel like I get enough cardio from P90X alone. The other change I've made is to more accurately measure the calories in my standard breakfast each day. I think I have been underestimating its calories by as much as 200 cal/day.
