Fake tears as I enter in this one pound gain....ugh. I was hoping for a loss. Good news is that my belly bloat is smaller. I feel good and enjoy eating the semi Keto way far better than the low carb low fat type of eating. I'm not as hungry all the time. The higher fat intake is a little concerning so watching weight gain closely. I might need to invest in getting Keto strips.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
