I was hesitant to step on the scale this morning because of the last week during the trip when I took a break from the diet and exercise, but I was happy to see that I had pretty much maintained my pre-vacation weight. So, I am motivated today to continue with the diet. Three weeks until the next trip!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
