BP: 135/77 BMI: 29.7 (Overweight)

I'm over the rain. It is preventing me from doing anything but running between showers and I would much rather play tennis or ride. Joe & Scott are in town this weekend which means the bourbon will be flowing along with the food. I'm looking forward to seeing those guys.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
