Sticking to calorie intake and doing workouts, and still gained. It must be water. I know it goes up and down all the time, but I'm ready to get below my last lowest weight soon.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You might need to play around with your caloric intake. Try lowering it 100 calories and see if it makes a difference.
