Working out with a personal trainer (group setting) Tues & Thurs during lunch.

On a really good week, I will have a 3rd at home work out.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
