What I am doing well over the last 3+ weeks:
-drinking loooots of water: 80+ oz
-staying low carb
-making meals that don't seem like I'm dieting

What I can improve:
-increasing # of red smoothies/wk (beets,berries,apple,kiwi,chia,ginger)
......right now, I usually have one per week -- like to have 3
-# of workouts - most weeks 2/wk
-wear my fitbit (but first find my fitbit, lol)

Goals:
-meditate 5 mins - 3x/week
-less social media... just be. put the phone down.
-go outside more
-read

recipe blog
duolingo
