Now that I have run my second half marathon in less than a month, I HAVE to stop eating like a ravenous runner!!
137.8 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Do you have any tips/articles to share about preparing for a marathon? I plan on doing my first 1/2 marathon this summer and I want/need as much advice as I can get!
