It says you're on your own diet. Would it be intrusive to ask for some details? Someone might have some tips if we knew what type you were on.

Looking at your pictures, I'm seeing larger portions and more carbohydrates this month than last month. Might be something to consider if the trend you're seeing continues. Or you could just be at a plateau, which is healthy and normal.

Not sure where you're seeing carbs, the wrap I ate was only 5g carbs. And otherwise its mostly been fish. Mind you I did eat some macaroni, however that was a while ago :) my calorie intake has drastically lowered (from 1800 daily to around 1300) as well as my carb intake since last month. From about 65% carbs to 35%. I am working towards lower than that but I can assure you that my carbohydrates/portion sizes are not my problem. Considering calorie counts and whatnot. My diet is less of a "diet" as one would traditionally label it. I eat within set parameters of carbs, protein, fats (limiting the bads and trying to get the good ones), I make sure to get all my fiber, potassium, etc. etc. I could go on for a while. If you'd like to see my daily goals I'd be happy to provide them. I dont believe in depriving your body of the recommended daily nutrients (besides limiting carbs, however I still allow 100g daily, which is about 25%) I supplement my healthy diet with 1 hour of running and 15 minutes of misc workouts for about 300 calories of additional calorie burn almost every day.
