I broke my cardinal rule today and weighed myself mid-week - and I've lost another 2lbs - Yay! Not doing that again though - feels like I'm tempting fate.....I'm going to quit while I'm ahead and stick to Sunday weigh-ins in future. :)
138.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
