Hi Amanda,
I noticed on your food entries that you don't eat a lot of calories. I am eating about 800-900 calories each day and am not losing. I'm still in the Induction phase (4 weeks now). You're doing so well losing your weight so I was just wondering if you've always eaten a small amount and still lost weight or did you eat more calories in the Induction phase?
