A fab day! Stayed within all my limits again and ate 3 different portions of fruit and one of veg, did 80min workout at the gym and 45mins dancing lesson (mainly jive and rock'n'roll), as well as the usual rushing around with the kids, walking to and from school, etc. Pleased with myself, but now I'm knackered and I'm off to bed. Zzzzzzzz.... :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
