fat 17.3% = 11.9kg (-1.0kg)
water 54.0% = 37.2kg (+0.1kg)

The unexplained -0.2kg is roundings and/or loss of bone/muscle etc...
151.9 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
