Exactly 29kg loss today. Wow.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1314 kcal Fat: 77.88g | Prot: 40.53g | Carb: 109.83g.   Breakfast: Mushrooms, Baby Spinach, Avocado, Rice Bran Vegetable Oil, Cherry Tomatoes, Egg (Whole). Lunch: Wombok salad. Dinner: Red Leaf Lettuce, Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce, Mountain Bread Rye Wrap, Rippa Rissoles. Snacks/Other: McDonald's Chocolate Whirl Frappé (Small), Tea with Milk. more...

That's amazing. It is so hard to do, I don't think naturally slim people have any idea of how much work will have gone into that weight loss

Thanks Angelica. Its great hearing positive comments like that. I've been fairly strict. Relaxed a bit sometimes now because I know what to do and I'm not going off the diet too much. Sugar is still the enemy. 😊

Chris, awesome story. Well done. I had sleep apnoea as well. It basically means you are allergic to something. Cut out all grains/bread/cereal, dairy and eggs for a month and reassess. This fixed it for me... at least initially, but it's so difficult not to eat these! Good luck.
