I have found so many good recipes on this site that I feel like I can eat almost anything! My best friend and I are doing this together to keep each other motivated and so far it is paying off. We have finally made it through week 1!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Great! The first week is the hardest. I love to surf the web for South Beach recepies and print them out. I actually am almost out of ink from printing so much recipes, in just a couple weeks, lol. Great to have you onboard with South Beach. I think it is a great healthy lifestyle and it really works. Good luck with your endeavor, and keep it up!
