I did fairly decently during the holidays; but after the beginning of the year, I failed to keep up good eating habits. During the last two and a half months, we've been eating out mostly. In mid-Feb. we had to take an unanticipated trip to India due to a death in the family, so I wasn't working out and eating home cooked Indian food three times a day. This is the fourth week that we've been back and I'm just getting my groove back with making meals at home and not eating late. Tosh's schedule changed and he gets off at 9:00; so several nights during the week I eat dinner late. Got on the scale this morning and I was disappointed, although not surprised that I'm back over 180. I'm working out consistently, but I need to step it up and burn some extra calories. I've been pretty sentidary once I get home from the gym. It's ten weeks til the beginning of summer, and I plan to be within 5 pounds of my goal weight of 160.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
