Still working at it. Working out five days a week. Mondays is Nike Fit Club with Claudine at 24 hour fitness, Tuesday is training with Anda, and a spin class every so often (like today); Wed. is spin with an occasional workout before, following Anda; Thursday is Body Pump at 24 Hr. fitness with Claudine, when I force myself to go, since Wed. night is a late night with bowling (about twice a month); Friday might be bootcamp with Mark at 24Hr, tennis or a run. The last two months, I've also worked out a couple of times at Park La Brea with an outdoor group train with Anda and the girls.
Started feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the money I've spent with training; but had a good talk with Anda today and I feel I'm close to my goal of lossing the last 20 lbs and shedding 10% bodyfat. What I need to start doing is eating more calories to sustain my weight workouts, eat more often; can't forget the protein shakes or high protein snacks and most importantly, need to reduce alcohol and my sweet treats, even if they are Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches with only 150 calories. More protein with my veggies and salads and longer workouts with intense bursts of energy.
I'm giving myself June and July to "shred", high intensity workouts, and lots of cross training (I've started swimming again). I'm going to do another triathelon in October, and need to find another race to do this summer.
In retrospect, even though it's been three years, I know that I'm on the right track, I've made the comittment to the lifestyle change.

Have been adding exercise to break thru my plateau. Ran 2 miles on the treadmill in addition to Anda's 50 min. spin class. Yesterday worked out on bose ball, squats, pull downs, and dips. Have been cooking my own food and eating salads, not a lot of refined breads or sugar. Keeping alcohol to a couple days a week. Will keep up this regime through to summer.

I did fairly decently during the holidays; but after the beginning of the year, I failed to keep up good eating habits. During the last two and a half months, we've been eating out mostly. In mid-Feb. we had to take an unanticipated trip to India due to a death in the family, so I wasn't working out and eating home cooked Indian food three times a day. This is the fourth week that we've been back and I'm just getting my groove back with making meals at home and not eating late. Tosh's schedule changed and he gets off at 9:00; so several nights during the week I eat dinner late. Got on the scale this morning and I was disappointed, although not surprised that I'm back over 180. I'm working out consistently, but I need to step it up and burn some extra calories. I've been pretty sentidary once I get home from the gym. It's ten weeks til the beginning of summer, and I plan to be within 5 pounds of my goal weight of 160.

Still making progress. Been fairly consistent with my food the last couple of weeks, even got down to 169 for a couple of days this week. Have been working out with Anda and increasing my work out times. Am warming up with a mile jog on the treadmill that's around 10 minutes 30 sec. Am so close to my goal and feel that I'll reach goal by next month.
