I did good today. Took my grandaughter to the park with a Happy Meal and I got a side salad for myself and had my bottled water. I am really trying. The only thing "off" was that I should have had a different dressing, but did choose a low fat vinegarette. I could have done worse. I came home and had my Ideal Protein chocolate drink.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

850 kcal Fat: 38.89g | Prot: 81.91g | Carb: 44.56g.   Breakfast: Fine Herbs and Cheese Omelet Mix, Coffee creamer, coffee. Lunch: Bottled water, Ideal Protein chocolate drink, McDonalds balsamic dressing, McDonalds side salad. Dinner: olive oil, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Chicken Breast, lettuce and assorted veggies, Italian salad Good Seasons dressing. Snacks/Other: Ideal Protein Peanut soy snacks. more...
