I've gotten back on track. I was sick yesterday so I missed my workout, but the results on the scale were as good as I could have expected for the first week back full time. I could use a few more tweaks to my diet (little less junk as it were) but seemingly good right now. :)
226.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
