I've hit my first goal weight of 200! I had initially planned on being here by the end of the year, but here I am in the middle of June. This was also initially my overall weight loss goal, but I'm definitely not stopping. present goal is now 180, and seeing where I go from there. :)
200.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
